A zendo is a room

A 'do' is a building. A 'zendo' is the room where Zen Buddhist monks meditate.

We named the practice for that room. Not a mood. A place you enter on purpose, sit with what is true, and go back to your life.

Zendo Health is a counseling practice named for a room: quiet enough to listen, steady enough to take the next honest step.

In-person offices in Utah and Oregon, plus secure telehealth when that is the better room.
Trauma-informed counseling for individuals, couples, and families — including insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare where available.
